Futatsui Panel Company (a Limited Partnership company that produced wooden panels) was founded.

1965

Began selling laminated wood products.

1979
| The Takanosu Production Facility was established.

1989
| Became an affiliated company with Woods (JAS LW-269).

1992
| Merged with Woods - Futatsui Panel Co.,Ltd. was established.

2001
| Aquired large-scale laminating equipment and entered the market.

2017
| Opened the Sales Business Branch in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture as a base
point for further expansion there.
